KOMPAS.com – The Government through the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucracy Reform (Kemenpan RB) has asked ministries, institutions, and regions to continue the selection of field competencies ( SKB) civil servant candidates ( CPNS) Fiscal Year 2019.
As is well known, implementation SKN CPNS experiencing delays due to the Covid-19 outbreak that occurred in Indonesia.
Meanwhile, the State Personnel Agency (BKN) noted 336,487 participants would take part in the CPNS SKB selection.
The number of participants was divided into 83,175 participants from central agencies and 253,312 participants from regional institutions.
“SKB participants using 297,190 BKN CAT participants,” said Head of Public Relations, Legal and Cooperation Bureau of BKN Paryono when contacted Kompas.com, Monday (7/20/2020).

The number consists of 43,878 participants from the central government and 253,312 participants from the regional institutions.
Paryono added, as many as 17 central agencies with a total of 22,687 participants did not use CAT or computer assisted test for SKB.
Meanwhile, the central agencies that use CAT but some departments do not use CAT are 16,610 participants.
It is planned that the implementation of the Joint Decree will take place in September-October 2020.
Agencies that will participate in 504 agencies consist of 48 central agencies and 456 cities / districts.
Paryono conveyed, the implementation of the CPNS SKB will be held at the Central BKN, the BKN Regional Office, UPT BKN, to the point of independent location.

Three schedules
Launching the official website of Kemenpan RB, the SKB implementation will be divided into three activity schedules.
First, the implementation of the Joint Decree with the Computer Assisted Test (CAT), which is scheduled for September to October 2020.
Secondly, for agencies that implement additional SKBs other than CAT, the time and technical implementation are regulated by each agency that has had an agreement and is implemented in the period from September to October 2020.
Third, the processing and announcement of the selection results are scheduled to take place at the end of October 2020.
