30 New Army Trackers

The epidemiological situation in Asturias worries more and more. The coronavirus is once again at ease in the region and throughout Spain. Therefore, all regions are adopting drastic measures with the idea of ​​putting a stop to this situation. The Principality it is not far behind either. In addition to the new mobility regulations established in the region 30 new trackers of army, which already make a total of 110 working throughout the territory.

All measures are necessary to stop the advance of the coronavirus in the country. Asturias continues working on it and last Friday, the President of the Principality Adrián Barbón decreed the perimeter closure of Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. In addition, he requested the declaration again of the state of alarm to impose the curfew, an option that several autonomous communities are taking and that can be discussed this weekend in an extraordinary Council of Ministers.

It was also this Friday when a field hospital began to rise in the surroundings of Cabueñes, to help with the increase in patients in the emergency room. The measures do not stop there and, starting next week, 30 more Army trackers will join the 80 that already carry out this work, adding a total of 110.

“We will incorporate all the people who are needed,” said María José Villanueva, the coordinator of the team of trackers from the Ministry of Health.
