LEONDING. A 25-year-old student was the victim of a gruesome crime in Leondinger Zaubertal on Sunday morning. She was murdered in an argument by a 29-year-old – the man was arrested.
The victim lived with her half-sister and her husband in a house in Leonding. The 29-year-old suspect, like the two half-sisters of Spanish citizens and a friend of the victim, was visiting the family: There was an argument between him and the 25-year-old.
Found by sister
The victim’s sister went downstairs at about 9 a.m. after noticing the argument. According to media reports, the 39-year-old passed out when she saw her half-sister lying there motionless. The sister’s husband also joined them and there was a dispute with the perpetrator. The couple’s eight-year-old daughter took her grandfather from the next house – together the two men overpowered the perpetrator and alerted the police and the emergency doctor.
