25 million followers: Bayern outstripped other Bundesliga clubs

FC Bayern celebrated a milestone on Monday on the Instagram social media platform. 25 million followers see the record champions’ publications on this platform. With this, the Munich team clearly outperforms the Bundesliga competition. Overall, the other clubs do not even have 20 million followers.

Borussia Dortmund is also number 2 in German football in terms of Instagram reach, but with 12.2 million followers, it doesn’t even have half of FC Bayern’s. All other Bundesliga clubs are still far behind, as shown in a list by the TV station Sky emerges. Accordingly, Bayer Leverkusen is just another team from the top German league above the limit of one million followers.
