20th edition of the Talking Windows from March 20 to April 25, 2021

From March 20 to April 25, 2021, the Réso Asso Métro association organize the 20th edition of Windows that speak. Of hundreds of artists and inhabitants invest 28 neighborhoods at the heart of 17 municipalities in the Lille metropolitan area: Faches-Thumesnil, Halluin, Hellemmes, La Madeleine (Berkem), Lambersart (Canon d’Or), Small (Bois-Blancs, Center, Faubourg de Béthune, Fives, Moulins, Saint-Maurice Pellevoisin, South, Vauban-Esquermes, Vieux-Lille and Wazemmes), Pocket, Capinghem (Humanicity), Loos (Olivaux), Marcq-en-Baroeul (Pont), Marquette-Lez-Lille (The Abbey), Ronchin (Little Ronchin), Roubaix (Epeule), Saint-André-lez-Lille, Tourcoing (Flake), Villeneuve d’Ascq (Annappes, Pont-de-Bois-Town Hall, Residence, Triolo), Wambrechies.

Durant 5 weeks and 6 week-ends, the artistes take hold of more than 2000 windows, boundaries of private space and of public space. The streets become spaces to live collectively … With the complicity of the inhabitants, the artistes lend themselves to confrontation game of their works in the eyes of passers-by. They upset everyday life.

During this period, the associations, the artistes and the inhabitants suits you to share unusual moments on the occasion of many highlights. Sound events, live shows and in situ creations will punctuate this 2021 event.
