The cities and stadiums where the opening and final matches of the 2026 World Cup, hosted by the USA, Mexico and Canada, will be played have been announced.
The statement came from FIFA.
It was announced that the World Cup Final on July 19 will be played at the MetLife Stadium in New York, USA.
FIFA also announced the fixtures of the group matches.
The World Cup, in which 48 teams participate, will start on June 11. The opening match will be hosted by Mexico’s Estadio Azteca Stadium, which has a capacity of 83 thousand people.
