The PlayStation Plus games for July have been officially announced today. PlayStation 4 owners with a PlayStation Plus subscription will be able to add three games to their library next week.
Sony normally opts for an announcement on Wednesday, but today (Monday, June 29) is the tenth anniversary of PlayStation Plus. The new Plus games were unveiled in celebration. From Tuesday, July 7 to August 3, you can add NBA 2K20, Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration and Erica to your account.
The PlayStation team announced the news in one blogpost. “Wow, it’s been ten years since PlayStation Plus was first introduced to the world on June 29, 2010, and we would like to thank you all for supporting PlayStation Plus over the past decade. It has been a memorable journey over the years, bringing gamers together and giving our members access to engaging content and exclusive discounts. We wouldn’t be here without you all, so as a thank you we wanted to make this upcoming monthly game announcement extra special by adding a bonus game to our incredible lineup, ”said Sony.
A free PlayStation 4 theme will be released later this week on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of PlayStation Plus. In addition, a free online multiplayer event will be launched this weekend so that those who don’t have PlayStation Plus can also play online.
