A 15-year-old meal delivery worker was so severely abused after a collision in the Arnhem district of Malburgen-Oost that he became unconscious. Even after that, the boy was allegedly kicked and beaten, the police in Arnhem-Zuid reported. He is calling on social media for witnesses to the incident to come forward.
