13-Year-Old Teenager Born Without Legs Earns Place on His School’s Basketball Team

Erabaru.net. A 13-year-old boy who was reportedly born without legs has earned a spot on his school’s basketball team.

Sources from the local media were quick to mention how he was an absolute warrior and fighter who never let his disability stop him and his ambitions.

Josiah Johnson made it onto the Moorish High School basketball team where events would play smoothly in Kentucky.

Johnson said he couldn’t believe his luck and prayers at this point. She also relates that some of the credit goes to the love and support she has managed to get from her own teachers and classmates.

His teammates firmly believe he has worked very hard in his life and despite being so young and handicapped he carried on for days on end.

But suddenly, his hard work led to a new title for him. He will play for the school’s own team.

“I know this is an absolute dream come true for me. I have trained well and was able to do enough to keep this as a memory that I will cherish forever”- he added.

Another option for him is to play in a wheelchair. But he felt that it would be very boring and easy that way. Now, he wants to prove something to the world by doing things in his own unique way.

“I just thought it would be a good idea to try my luck. I don’t know how things will end but they are doing very well for me. I can’t believe I’m part of the team”- he added.

His coach and teammates are very proud of him. They claim he gives good competition to the arch enemies they fight.(yn)
