Zakat is the third pillar of Islam, and one of the basic teachings of Islam, and Muslims must work to ensure that those who do not have the means of subsistence have access to food and drink as a matter of solidarity and solidarity. 1- It is obligatory for the one who owns his own food and the food of his children on the day and night of Eid.

2- It is permissible to pay it in cash, which is preferable.

3- The minimum this year is (30 pounds), and whoever increases it is better for him. The Most High said: Indeed, God loves the doers of good [البقرة: 195].

4- If a child is born to him before sunset on the last day of Ramadan; Pay zakat al-fitr on his behalf.

5 – Graduated to the eight types of zakat.

6- The person pays it on his own behalf and on behalf of whom he is obliged to spend, such as his wife and children..etc.

7- Whoever does not pay zakat al-fitr, it is in his possession, and it is not waived from him until he pays it.

8- Paying zakat al-fitr before the prayer is better, and it is Sunnah not to be late for the Eid prayer.

9 – Delaying taking it out until after the prayer on the day of Eid and before sunset is permissible and it is fragmented, although it is contrary to the first.

10- Delaying it until the day of Eid without an excuse is prohibited by Shari’a, and the one who does it is sinning.

11- Zakat al-Fitr is not obligatory for someone who died before the sunset of the last sun of Ramadan.

12- It is permissible to pay it in a country other than the country of the payer, and it is more appropriate to pay it in his country when those who are entitled to it are found.
