1,2 and 3: Adele buys another house in Beverly Hills

British singer Adele (33) does a bit of Monopoly, but in real life: she has just bought a new mansion in Hidden Valley, a wealthy neighborhood in Beverly Hills. She already had two properties to her name there. So now she can yell “Hello” from three front doors to famous neighbors including Jennifer Lawrence, Mila Kunis, Nicole Kidman and Penelope Cruz.

There are thirty-three imposing houses in Hidden Valley, eleven of which are inhabited by superstars. Three of them are owned by Adele. The singer already had two villas in the rich neighborhood, but when her good friends Nicole Richie and Joel Madden sold their place, the world star bought it for ten million dollars (converted 8,461,750 euros).

For that amount she does get some luxury: four bedrooms, as many bathrooms, a swimming pool and a basketball court are included in the price. If she wishes, she could connect the garden with the neighbor’s… because that’s her. Adele bought her first house in 2016 for 7 million euros, in 2019 a villa of 9 million euros was added across the street because she wanted her ex-husband and son Angelo to continue living nearby.

The reason why a third building is added is unknown. It may have to do with another piece of news circulating. After all, more and more persistent gossip about her romantic life is surfacing. For example, her relationship with rapper Skepta (38) would have been rekindled. Is anyone looking for a love nest? The singer is in any case not shy about money, because her wealth is estimated at around 150 million euros.
