114-year-old man in Ethiopia recovers from coronavirus

Although all age groups are at risk for COVID-19, older people are at higher risk.

114-year-old Aba Tilahun is now in good health after spending some time in a hospital in Addis Ababa. In a Facebook post, the doctor in charge of the hospital, Dr. Yared Agidew, said that the patient had fully recovered.

He “is fully recovered. He is now in good health. Long live health to our doctors, ”wrote Dr. Yared in Amharic language.

Ethiopia has more than 5,000 cases of coronavirus, including 81 deaths.
