10 tips for diabetics while out of the house

The Ministry of Health and Population has published, on its Facebook page, important advice to prevent diabetics from contracting the Coronavirus while going out and interacting with people, as follows:

1- Wearing a muzzle in crowded places.

2- Wash hands frequently with soap and water or alcohol.

3- Avoid touching the nose, eyes and mouth with unclean hands.

4- Cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and bags after purchasing food.

5- Practice walking or moving joints while sitting.

6- Constant communication with friends and family and the specialist.

7- Sit in the sun every day for 20-30 minutes

8- Eat healthy food that contains vegetables and fruits, and keep away from carbohydrates and sweets.

9. Maintain a good sleep.

10- Maintaining an excess of medications, especially insulin.
