Despite the cold weather, thanks to the dedication of medical staff and the participation of many citizens, more than 37,000 people have been tested so far, and 68 confirmed cases of Corona 19 have been confirmed in only two days.
It is judged that this is enough to dispel controversy about the effectiveness of this random preemptive test, which is being tried for the first time.
Had these people not been willing to comply with the preemptive test, the coronavirus would still be spreading quietly to anyone somewhere now.
We ask for the active participation of citizens of the metropolitan area.
We hope that the quarantine authorities and local governments will set up a planned temporary screening office as soon as possible to block the corona 19 spread in advance.
With around 1,000 confirmed cases a day, securing beds has become the most urgent task.
The government has established the principle of transferring patients to a life treatment center or hospital within 24 hours after confirmation, and is doing its best to care for patients.
However, in some areas of the metropolitan area, there are still many patients waiting at home for more than two days.
Now, we are in a crisis of infectious diseases where we must protect the lives of the people first.
Regarding the problem of hospital bed in the metropolitan area, please make sure that the heavy water supply serves as the control tower and actively cooperate with the idea that each local government is one body.
There are reports that small-scale reservations in hotels, party rooms, and pensions have surged ahead of Christmas and New Year’s holidays.
Although large-scale gatherings and events have decreased, it is said that there are no vacant rooms in Gangwon-do or Jeju-do, as small-scale gatherings centered on young people have increased.
It is truly deplorable as the majority of the people are focused on the number of confirmed cases every day and are working together to reverse the spread of Corona 19.
