A cold wave has hit the housing market, but this is a different world.
There are very few unoccupied studios.
The one-room village is excited because of the S-Oil Shaheen Project, which is set to begin construction next month.
Up to 17,000 people will be put in every day for the next four years, and because of this, one-room villages in the Onsan area are enjoying special benefits.

There are cases in which the contract period, which was usually concluded for less than one year, was extended.
In addition, Korea Zinc will also expand its secondary battery material plant worth KRW 1 trillion.
An additional 200 workers will be put in, but we haven’t secured all the accommodations yet.
