The court sentenced the court to 8 years in prison for Ahn Joo-hyun, the athletic prescriber for the triathlon team at Gyeongju City Hall, who was arrested for committing harsh acts to late Choi Sook-hyun and handed over to trial.
All of the charges of regularly assaulting and forcibly harassing players, as well as pretending to be a doctor and collecting billions of medical expenses, were all acknowledged.

The Daegu District Court sentenced Gyeongju City Hall Triathlon Triathlon Athletic Prescriber Ahn Joo-Hyeon to a severe sentence of 8 years in prison.
They also ordered them to complete an 80-hour sexual violence treatment program and disclose their personal information for 7 years.
The judge said,’It seems that the players have suffered considerable sexual shame and suffering, but there are no measures to recover the damage, so severe punishment is inevitable.’
Joohyun Ahn joined the team in 2013, pretending to have obtained a doctor’s license from a foreign country.
He was called the’Team Doctor’, and he received 260 million won for 7 years in the name of medical expenses while doing unlicensed medical activities such as physical therapy to athletes.
In addition, 9 female athletes were forcibly molested for massage or muscle relaxation.
In particular, charges of committing harsh acts and assaulting late Choi Sook-hyun have been acknowledged for minor reasons.

As Ahn Joo-hyun was sentenced to eight years in prison, the possibility of medium sentences also increased for former director Kim Gyu-bong and former captain Jang Yoon-jeong, who were arrested.
The prosecution sentenced manager Kim to 9 years in prison, Jang to 5 years, and former player Kim Do-hwan, who was sentenced to imprisonment, to 8 months in prison.
