There are also citizens who came out a bit early ahead of the full-fledged rush hour.

The Yeouido Transit Center and the nearby Mapo Bridge are not crowded yet.

There is no snow on the road, so communication is smooth.

It is difficult to see traffic jams caused by snow in the entire Seoul area.

Preliminary warnings such as heavy snow warnings have been issued, but the amount of snowfall in Seoul today announced by the Meteorological Administration is 0.1cm.

The overall speed of Seoul is smooth at 26 km/h, and the overall speed in the city is around 24 km/h.

However, the Meteorological Administration repeatedly asked to pay attention to the operation of the vehicle, saying that it may snow during rush hours around 8:00 in the morning.

Each local government in the metropolitan area, where the heavy snow warning fell, entered the emergency work system and carried out snow removal work.

The city of Seoul entered the second-stage emergency work system from 6pm yesterday.

About 8,000 people and a thousand snow plows are put into the work to clear the snow.

Police also deploy traffic squads at 221 places where there are concerns about traffic disruption.

Gyeonggi-do and Incheon also entered the first phase of emergency work and put snow plows and snowplows in areas where freezing is vulnerable.

Public transportation is also increased due to heavy snowfall on the way to work.

In Seoul, the busiest way to work, it has decided to extend the intensive dispatch time for subway and city buses from 7 am to 9 am to 9:30 am by 30 minutes.

As a result, the subway runs 36 times more than usual, and the minimum dispatch interval for all lines of city buses is extended by 30 minutes.

The Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters and the Meteorological Administration repeatedly requested that public transportation be used as much as possible, and that a safe distance should be secured when driving vehicles unavoidably.
