In this apartment complex, residents’ signing campaigns for punishment are attracting a lot of participation.
What is really strange is the police response.

A resident who hit two security guards for blocking vehicle entry.
One had a broken nose and the other had a rib.
Throwing chairs and spitting on, the tenant said to the security guard, “I have a lot of money.”
The victim was undergoing surgery, and the swear words he heard that day still sound like hallucinations and are unable to sleep at night.

The police were reported and dispatched to the scene, but for some reason, the residents were arrested three days after the incident.
Moreover, on the day of the incident, the perpetrator went to the hotel, not the police station.
It was also taken by the police.
I haven’t investigated it yet.
[경찰 관계자 : 피해자 조사 일단하고 입건하고, 나머지 코 다치신 분이 병원 가시는 것 때문에 마냥 기다릴 수 없어서 가해자를 먼저 나오라고 한 거에요.]
The frustrating thing is the residents.
So I went out myself.
I’m getting signatures calling for punishment for the perpetrators, and 2,800 people were listed in the two days.
