Yoo In-seok, former CEO of Yuri Holdings, who was sentenced to probation in the first trial after being charged with Seung-Hyun (real name Lee Seung-Hyun) and Club Burning Sun, appealed.
According to the legal community on the 2nd, Yoo In-seok’s legal representative filed an appeal to the Seoul Central District Court on the 31st of last month.
On the 24th of last month, the 26th Division of the Seoul Central District Court’s Criminal Agreement (presiding officer Kim Rae-ni) sentenced the former CEO In-seok Yoo, who was prosecuted for sale and embezzlement in business, to three years of probation in prison for one year and August.
In addition to Seungri, Yoo In-seok was accused of arranging prostitution to foreign investors such as Japanese businessmen and other foreign investors from 2015 to 2016 (violation of the Prostitution Punishment Act) for a total of 24 times. He is accused of reporting to and using Yuri Holdings funds as employee attorney fees.
In addition, Yoo In-seok is also accused of paying about 1.2 million won in money to Yuri Holdings after playing golf with General Police Chief Yoon-mo, who was called the’Popular Chief’ within the’Seungri Dan Talk Room’ at a golf course in October 2017.
Seungri, who was prosecuted with Yoo In-seok, enlisted in March and the case was transferred to the military court. The victory case is being tried at the General Military Court of the Ground Operations Command.
Meanwhile, former CEO Yoo In-seok married actor Park Han-byul in November 2017, and in April of the following year, he was born.
