As online shopping became a daily life, the early morning delivery market also exploded.
The main customers of’Dawn Delivery’, who order by midnight the previous day, are delivered before 6~7 am are dual-income couples who are not easy to shop.
Usually, when fresh food such as meat or vegetables arrives, they put them in the refrigerator and go to work, so’time delivery’ is important for early morning delivery.
However, when we compiled the types of damage involved, there were many complaints about the damage due to the late delivery.
In the last two years, there were only 144 cases of consumer complaints related to early morning delivery to the Consumer Agency.

I saw the terms and conditions of the 6 major companies that deliver early morning delivery, but the 5 companies did not set specific compensation standards when the delivery time limit was exceeded.
