On February 12th, 2021 at 8:41 p.m., three high-powered vehicles competed in a vehicle race along Großpartstraße to Sternstraße. The vehicles were a white Audi SQ7, a gray Audi A5 and a previously unknown vehicle. The vehicles overtook several vehicles on their way and exceeded the permissible maximum speed. The 35-year-old driver of the Audi SQ7 was found by the police. His driver’s license was withheld and he is expected to be charged with illegal motor racing.
The Police Inspection Ludwigshafen 2 will receive further information from witnesses, in particular about the previously unknown vehicle, on 0621 / 963-2222 or by email to [email protected].
