(rho) On the afternoon of New Year’s Day, officials of the PK Bad Nenndorf check a road user in Bad Nenndorf. The officers thankfully refuse the friendly offer made by the only sixteen-year-old not to have to carry out the check because she would be home soon. As part of the traffic control, the officers establish facts that suggest that the person was influenced by narcotics. The person is then taken to the office, where blood is drawn from them by a doctor. The accused is now being investigated on suspicion of drunkenness in traffic. It will then be placed in the care of the legal guardian.
