A police patrol noticed an e-scooter driver on Hans-Lenz-Straße on Thursday at around 3:30 p.m. because his two-wheeled vehicle was missing the insurance license plate. When the 23-year-old driver was checked, it turned out that he had not taken out any insurance for the e-scooter. The man was not allowed to continue and must now expect a complaint for violating the compulsory insurance law.
