On September 2nd, 21, around 12:25 p.m., a police patrol checked a car driver who was towing another vehicle with his car. In the course of the inspection, the findings increased that the vehicle driver was illegally towing his car. The 39-year-old Polish driver towed an unfit vehicle from southern Europe to Germany, with the aim of bringing the car to Poland. The inadmissible vehicle combination, which for the existing driving license was above the permissible total weight, was withdrawn from traffic by the police and prohibited from continuing the journey.

The police initiated criminal proceedings against the driver of the vehicle, during which time he was sentenced to a fine as part of the so-called accelerated procedure.
