On Sunday, June 13th, 2021, at 10:38 p.m., the fire brigades from Titisee-Neustadt and Hinterzarten, as well as the police from Neustadt, were called to a fire alarm in a hotel in the Bruderhalde.
When the fire department checked the location of the fire, it quickly became apparent that a burning birthday candle triggered the fire alarm. There was no damage to property or personal injury.
