Dynamic mixed use project on 42,492 hectares in Chesterfield County is on track

American Wave Machines Inc. (AWM) announces a joint venture with Flatwater Companies in Chesterfield County, Virginia. In addition to offering world-class surfing with PerfectSwell®, The LAKE will showcase a wide range of dining and entertainment options. Upon completion, the mixed-use project will include 42,492 hectares of 13,935 square meters of retail and entertainment space, 9,290 square meters of office space, a 170-room hotel and more than 1,000 new apartments and townhouses. The permits have been obtained and construction will begin in the coming months. Surfing is expected to be offered as part of Phase 1 in the fall of 2021.
