Job profile :
Under the Director’s authority, you join a multidisciplinary team in high demand for active and participatory collaboration.
Your main mission will be the psychological accompaniment of minors through group animation, occasional help and listening, periodic checks.
You will attend team meetings to shed light on situations and help professionals dealing with everyday life step back and promote understanding of adolescent issues and help improve their care.
Profile and skills:
– Mandatory experience with adolescence and child protection.
– Have active listening and team spirit.
– Relational skills.
– Discretion, confidentiality.
– Self-control and stepping back, objectivity being a proactive force.
– Possess skills in conflict management and resolution.
– Ability to lead meetings.
– Have writing skills.
– Availability can be requested in the evening.
Compensation:
From experience with reference to the Collective Agreement of 03/15/1966.
