In Hamburg-Eimsbüttel, OTTO WULFF has started building a new apartment building on behalf of WPH Wohnbau und Projektentwicklung Hamburg GmbH. Publicly subsidized social and owner-occupied apartments are being built on around 2300 m² of living space.
At the corner of Sartoriusstrasse and Müggenkampstrasse, OTTO WULFF is building a new apartment building for the people of Hamburg as general contractor. The client is WPH Wohnbau und Projektentwicklung Hamburg GmbH. In the middle of the Eimsbüttel district, 9 publicly subsidized rental apartments and 22 owner-occupied apartments are being built on around 2300 m² of living space.
The one to four room apartments with 30 to 195 m² offer new living space for families, couples and singles. A common room with an integrated play area will be created on the ground floor, which is also intended as a meeting point for the neighborhood. All apartments have either a balcony or a (roof) terrace. In addition to 20 underground parking spaces, future residents will also have parking spaces for bicycles and prams.
There is a special focus on the environment: the house will be built as an energy-saving building with the KfW Efficiency House Standard 55.
The completion of the new apartment building is planned for autumn 2022. The Hamburg Investment and Development Bank supports the 9 social housing in the second funding path. The condominiums are sold through NBK Neubaukontor Immobilien GmbH.
