Missions :
For our IVS service (In-Service Inspections and Verifications) and as part of a renewable 3-month fixed-term contract, we are looking for a Customer Relations Officer to ensure the interface between the Bureau Veritas technical teams and our clients at our agency in Reims (51).
Your missions are as follows:
– Ensure the planning of Technicians’ interventions.
– Ensure the administrative management of files.
– Guarantee the good administrative development of business.
– Contribute to the exchange of information and know-how.
Profile:
You are used to telephone customer relations.
Autonomy, dynamism and rigor are necessary assets to hold this position.
Excellent computer skills are required, in particular Excel.
