On Sunday morning (July 25th, 2021) shortly after departure at 8:04 a.m., a previously unknown man is said to have committed sexual acts on himself in the S-Bahn from Waldkirch to Freiburg im Breisgau in the presence of a female traveler.
The unknown man was described by the injured party as follows:
- 30-35 Jahre alt - 165cm groß - 67 kg - kurze schwarze Haare - medizinischer Mund-Nasen-Schutz - dunkelblaues T-Shirt - schwarze lange Jogginghose - schwarzer Rucksack
The federal police have initiated criminal proceedings and are looking for witnesses and other victims of the incident. People who observed the incident and are able to report on it or who may have photographed the incident or recorded it by video are asked to contact the Federal Police on 07628 80590.
