The Montreal Tower of the Olympic Park will be almost entirely occupied with the upcoming arrival of the company SIGMA-RH Solutions, which will take possession of floors 10 and 11 next spring.
A 15-year lease has been signed with the Olympic Park.
The 80 employees of SIGMA-RH Solutions will thus settle in the Montreal Tower, which will then be 95% occupied.
Founded in 1992 by Patrice Poirier, SIGMA-RH Solutions specializes in the development of human resource management software.

Floors 12, 13 and 14 of the Montreal Tower are still not rented. The Olympic Park has launched construction work of $ 10.8 million affecting floors 8 to 14. Desjardins recently added floors 8 and 9 to its rental agreement.
Thirty tenants and partners are installed in the Olympic Park and 2,400 people work there.
