Zwijndrecht –
Zwijndrecht had the first green mayor of the country in 1994 with Willy Minnebo. And the municipality has remained Green ever since, because after Minnebo came current mayor André Van de Vyver. He is the only green mayor in Flanders, out of a total of three hundred municipalities. Are Hogwarts such green boys then? Precisely in the municipality with the PFOS pollution? Not that anymore.
