The emigrant Vasil Vassilev-Zueka sold a luxury 4-room apartment for the “modest” 600 vouchers, gossip.bg wrote.
The spacious, cheaply furnished apartment is located in the center of Sofia and has found its new owner in a negative time.
Shortly after moving to Spain, Zueca offered his apartment for sale to several agencies.
Despite the inflated price of 2,000 euros per square meter, the luxury home was quickly sold along with all the acting family’s furniture.
The comedian and his second wife Ani Vicheva have decided that it is most convenient to sell the apartment together with all the furniture, equal to a cot for their son Stefan.
Ani herself personally hired a design company a few years ago to deal with the furniture – the latest fad.
She was a big fan of the vintage style, which is quite expensive. Ani and Zueka set aside over BGN 100,000 for their retro kitchen alone.
The apartment has a spacious living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a total area of 155 sq.m.
Before buying the apartment, the family lived in a two-story house near a Sofia village.
Due to a later landfill in the area, the family sold the name and lived in the center of the capital.
