When meeting with Vo Van Thuy, Zhao Leji said that this year marks the 15th anniversary of the establishment of a comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between China and Vietnam. Under the strategic guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping and General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, the relationship between the two countries is operating at a high level and they are committed to building a strategically significant China-Vietnam community with a shared future. When meeting with Tokayev, Zhao Leji said that this year marks the 10th anniversary of President Xi Jinping’s “Belt and Road” initiative. Over the past 10 years, China and Kazakhstan have been pioneering cooperation in building the Belt and Road Initiative and have always been at the forefront of the international community, achieving a large number of tangible results that have benefited the two peoples.
