Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stressed that Ukraine is a parliamentary-presidential republic and that the Ukrainian authorities have set out a number of options for dealing with the killing of one of the country’s leaders, Ukrainian Pravda said.

Zelensk was asked twice what would happen if one of the attempts to kill him succeeded. And according to intelligence, there have been many such attempts.

He added that the threat to his life was indeed every day. “But as long as I’m alive and this is not a hologram, I’m really talking to you,” Zelensky joked.
