The President of Ukraine signed two decrees.
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky dismissed Hryhoriy Galagan from the post of Commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and appointed Viktor Khorenko.
The relevant decrees are posted on site heads of state.
The decrees do not specify the reasons for personnel changes.

People’s Deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko wrote on Telegram that Khorenko was recommended for the position by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Budanov.
The people’s choice added that earlier Khorenko commanded the special reserve of the Main Intelligence Directorate.
Recall that Grigory Galagan was appointed commander of the MTR of the Ukrainian army on August 25, 2020.
Earlier it became known that on July 25, Volodymyr Zelensky, by his decree dismissed Ruslan Demchenko, First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
The media accused Demchenko of lobbying for the signing of the “Kharkov agreements”, according to which Ukraine extended the stay of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in Crimea.
