Yuki Kempees, one of the three members of the Kris Kross Amsterdam formation, has his debut album independently of a record company INDY included. The album is subdivided into two EPs that appear separately.
The first five songs from INDY on the first EP, which will be released on Friday, February 21. A second EP follows on March 20. Kempees wrote and produced the Dutch songs all themselves.
Love is central to the R & B ballads of the member of Kris Kross Amsterdam. Simultaneously with the album, he also releases a web series and podcast series in which he talks with Monica Geuze and Anna Nooshin, among others, about the emotions behind the songs.
Kempees, together with the brothers Jordy and Sander Huisman, form the DJ trio Kris Kross Amsterdam. With artists like Maan, Tabitha and Nielson they scored hits with the songs He’s mine, Moment and I’m Better You.
