It is known that the discussion of renewal of the contract between Son Heung-min and his team Tottenham was stopped in the aftermath of Corona 19.

Director Morinho is optimistic about the renewal of the contract, but the possibility of a transfer is being raised locally.

This season, Son Heung-min is showing his best performance after joining Tottenham.

He has played in 32 matches, scoring 17 goals, and 10 assists.

If there are no injuries, it seems only a matter of time before his record of his most goals in a season, set in the 2016-2017 season.

Tottenham’s club negotiated a renewal last year to prevent the transfer of Son Heung-min, whose contract ends in June 2023.

The core content was to raise the weekly wage to about 300 million won and increase the contract period to 2026.

However, British media reported that discussions on renewal of the contract were temporarily suspended as the financial situation of the Tottenham club deteriorated in the aftermath of Corona 19, and coach Jose Mourinho also admitted.

“A lot of people don’t think it’s appropriate for players and clubs to discuss contracts at the moment when they lose their jobs and have trouble getting out of work.”

Amid European betting firm Sohn Heung-min’s chances of a move to Real Madrid or Manchester United, Moourinho was optimistic about the renewal.

“I believe that the club and Heung-min Son will come to a conclusion very easily if the sun shines on the world again.”

Son Heung-min, who is continuing a big success regardless of the renewal negotiations, will challenge Everton in the early morning of the 11th to reach the 18th goal of the season and advance to the FA Cup quarterfinals.
