Zayn, who is dating Gigi Hadid, Yolanda’s daughter, has responded to the rumors on Twitter. “As you know, I am very fond of my privacy,” he begins the message. “I want my daughter to grow up in a safe environment. A place where family problems that are actually private are not just thrown into the world.’ Zayn goes on to say that in an effort to protect his daughter, he agreed not to contest the allegations made by a relative of his girlfriend. He said the allegations stemmed from an argument he had when the relative entered his and Gigi’s home while Gigi was away for a few weeks.

Zayn writes that he had hoped it would be and remain a private matter. “But it seems that there is still division at the moment.
