Ye sued for $400,000 by clothing company | NOW

An American clothing company is demanding $400,000 (about 394,000 euros) from Ye, because the rapper has not returned thirteen items of clothing and has not paid rental costs. TMZ writes that it includes a jacket worth $ 50,000.

Ye has an outstanding account with the organization for $221,000 for clothing rentals. The thirteen lost items of clothing are said to be worth about $195,000.

The clothing-lending company David Casavant Archive claims that Ye has avoided renting costs for years. The organization is now starting a lawsuit against Ye.

The partnership between the company and Ye began in 2014. According to the clothing company, Ye borrowed 49 more items of clothing in February and March 2020, of which he returned 36 without any problems.

Ye never returned the thirteen missing items, including hoodies, cargo pants and a parka. It concerns clothing from brands such as Helmut Lang, Raf Simons and Ann Demeulemeester. Ye stopped making weekly payments for these rare items in 2020.

Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga and Pharrell Williams, among others, also borrow clothes from David Casavant Archive.
