On Wednesday evening, November 3, there was information about the dismissal of the former head of the “Right Sector” Dmitry Yarosh from the post of adviser to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was announced by the presenter Andrei Palchevsky during the author’s program on the NASH TV channel.

“Dmitry Yarosh lost his position as an adviser. It happened today. Because you cannot put odious figures, even who did, perhaps, good deeds. You cannot put them under the new government,” he said.

Palchevsky also clarified that the corresponding conversation took place today.

What is known about Dmitry Yarosh?

Dmitry Yarosh is the former leader of the Right Sector and the commander of the Ukrainian Volunteer Army. In 2014, he was elected a people’s deputy for the district in the Dnipropetrovsk region from the Right Sector party. However, according to OPORA, he was present only 13 times in parliament.

Yarosh is a participant in the Russian-Ukrainian war, for which he was awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnitsky, III degree and the Order of the People’s Hero of Ukraine.

During the fighting near Donetsk in 2015, he was wounded – due to shelling by Grads, he received an open fragmentation fracture of his shoulder and a head wound.

For some time, propagandists of the Russian Federation used Yarosh’s “business card” as a part of the “Right Sector” in the events both in the Donbass and in the Russian Federation, which is why the corresponding meme was born.

Recall about appointment to the post of adviser to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Yarosh said yesterday… In the post, the ex-people’s deputy showed a photo of an advisor’s ID and a photo with the head of the department Valery Zaluzhny.
