Writer John Boyne mistakenly includes ingredients for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild in his new book – Nintenderos

Without a doubt one of the most detailed games in the Wii U and Switch catalog is The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. This title stood out for its great novelties at a playable level compared to previous installments and one of them was the possibility of cooking different avocados with the different ingredients that we were finding during our adventure.

On the web we already inform you The Legend’s Cookbook, a cookbook inspired by the Zelda saga, achieved its funding goal on Kickstarter in May 2019, but without a doubt the news that comes to us today, although related to this aspect of the game, is more curious if possible.

Irish novelist John Boyne Despite his prolific work (he has written no less than 18 books since 2000) he is especially known for his 2006 work. The boy in striped pyjama (The boy in the striped pajamas), the heartbreaking story of Bruno, the son of a Schutzstaffel officer who moves with his family to a place called “Auschwitz” (in the original version in English Out-With), which is the Auschwitz death camp. Bruno befriends a Jewish boy named Shmuel who lives on the other side of a fence and who, like other people there, wears “striped pajamas.” In 2008, the book became an acclaimed Hollywood movie starring Asa Butterfield and David Thewlis.

Well, it turns out that in Boyne’s last book, a fantastic novel titled A Traveller at the Gates of Wisdom, has been released this year, and fans have discovered an interesting passage that describes the color of the clothes and how In-game ingredients appear available for Wii U and Switch. You can see it in the following image underlined:

Undoubtedly a fun anecdote, of which the author confesses that it seems very funny and stated “someone remind me to add Zelda on the thanks page when the paper edition is published.” It seems that the writer is a fan of the game and somehow ended it embodied in the book, although everything seems to indicate that it is a error.
