We have received multiple reports of mounts being removed from the mount lists when arriving into a different area, logging out of the game, or disconnecting within a short period of time after adding the mount to your collection. To prevent this issue, remain in the same zone and do not log out for at least 5 minutes after you have added a new mount to your collection.
While our developers are working to resolve the underlying issue, you may want to contact Customer Support. Provided we can verify that you were impacted by this, we may be able to assist.
