The world’s best restaurant this year comes from the USA. Daniel Humm, head chef at the New Yorker Eleven Madison Park, accepted the award at the World’s 50 Best Restaurants Awards in Melbourne on Wednesday. “For me, you’ve always been the best chef in the world,” Will Guidara praised his head chef at the award ceremony.
