There are six main professions in this group. The most popular and desired is a business analyst (6,152 advertisements, which constitutes 28.51% of all job advertisements in the group of non-programming professions).

The helpdesk technical support employee is in second place (5,510 ads, i.e. 25.27%), while the podium is closed by the project manager (4,911 advertisements, which is 22.52%). The remaining professions sought by employers concern: testing (3,498 advertisements / 16.04%), network administration (1,160 advertisements / 5.32%) and service management (576 advertisements / 2.64%).

The authors of the analysis emphasized that the demand for non-programming professions varies territorially, although thanks to the possibility of remote work, living in another region of the country ceases to be a barrier. The voivodeship with the highest number of job offers is Mazowieckie Voivodeship (6,054 advertisements). The following voivodeships were also in the lead: Małopolskie (2,597 ads), Dolnośląskie (2,190 ads), Śląskie (1,774 ads) and Wielkopolskie (1,577 ads).

The three voivodships with the lowest number of job offers in non-programming occupations are: Opolskie (470 ads), Warmińsko-Mazurskie (457 ads) and Świętokrzyskie (437 ads).

Among the non-programming professions, a service management specialist can count on the highest salary. According to Pracuj.pl, the average earnings for this position amounted to PLN 14,500 gross. A business analyst can count on gross PLN 11,000, a tester PLN 10,500 gross, and a project manager PLN 10,000 gross.
