With the takeover of Renovero by Localsearch, artisans can manage their online activities from a single source

Localsearch buys the Renovero artisan platform from TX Group (ex-Tamedia). With this transaction, the amount of which is not disclosed, the Swisscom subsidiary is expanding its offer of multi-channel online sales and marketing solution for SMEs. “Craftsmen can find everything from one source now: a website, a strong online presence, campaigns and now a commercial platform to bring together the offer and demand ”, explains Stefano Santinelli, CEO of Localsearch.

Integrated into the Olmero platform, passed in 2012 under the umbrella of Tamedia, Renovero allows individuals to submit projects and receive offers from professional craftsmen. The site also includes a directory of artisans. “Localsearch has solid experience in managing professional directories. We are therefore going to combine Renovero’s offer with our local.ch and search.ch platforms, which have a high penetration rate, and will thus make it possible to place requests for offers through these two channels, “underlines the CEO of Localsearch. . Resulting from the merger of the local.ch directories (Swisscom Directories) and search.ch (previously owned by Tamedia), Localsearch has been 100% in the hands of Swisscom since the end of 2018.
