Wirecard dismantling underway

While searches are multiplying at the headquarters in Munich and on four other sites of the group in Germany and Austria, Wirecard seems promised to be dismantled. What arouse the interest of players in the payments ecosystem for the former star of DAX at the heart of a fraud scandal.

“A large number of investors from all over the world have already contacted us and are interested in the acquisition of the main activity or in commercial entities which are independent and operate successfully on the market by their own means”said group administrator Michael Jaffé on Tuesday evening after a meeting of the creditors’ committee.
