Recall that the agreement provides for the deployment of 1,960 Russian peacekeepers, and some of them already control the situation in the region.

Before recording the signing of the agreement, Putin was asked to “run through” the text with his eyes. “Why should I read it? I wrote this, ”the Russian leader replied.
