“We continue the change” received a mandate from President Rumen Radev to form a government and returned it fulfilled. The composition was presented by the candidate for Prime Minister Kiril Petkov in the building of the National Assembly. It includes representatives of the PP, BSP, “There is such a people” and “Democratic Bulgaria”.

–Kalina Konstantinova, Deputy Prime Minister for Good Governance – She holds a degree in Economics from Bard College in New York and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science in the United Kingdom. She is an economist specializing in economic development, with a strong focus on entrepreneurship. She has worked in the private, public and non-profit sectors. He was Kiril Petkov’s deputy in the Ministry of Economy.

Cornelia Ninova, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Industry – Experienced Lawyer with experience and as an investigator. Member of Parliament in 6 parliaments and chairman of the BSP since 2016.

Grozdan Karadzhov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development – Graduated in law from Sofia University. He has worked for the Open Society Foundation, the Search and Telecommunications Committee, the Ministry of Transport, the Board of Directors of BTC and private sector companies. Member of the Reformist Bloc in 2014-2016. In the summer of 2021 he was nominated by the ITN as Minister of Transport.

Borislav Sandov, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Environment and Water – Graduated in Geography at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski ”and has specialized in Climate Change and Water Management. He has participated in various non-governmental organizations and co-founded the Green Movement. Member of Parliament for Democratic Bulgaria in three parliaments.

–Academician Nikolai Denkov, Minister of Education – He graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry at Sofia University, and then developed an academic activity: since 2007 he has been a doctor of chemical sciences, since 2008 – a professor, and since October 2021 – an academician. Deputy Minister of Education between August 2014 and April 2016 and caretaker Minister from January to May 2017, as well as in the two cabinets of Stefan Yanev in 2021.

–Prof. Asena Serbezova, Minister of Health – She graduated in pharmacy at MU-Sofia and management at TU-Sofia. He teaches at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical University in the capital. She was the executive director of the Medicines Agency. He is chairman of the Bulgarian Pharmaceutical Union.

Boyko Rashkov, Minister of the Interior – Lawyer by education and lecturer in the discipline “Criminal Procedure” at UNWE. He was director of the National Investigation Service, director of the Specialized Investigation Service, member of the Supreme Judicial Council, MP in the 39th National Assembly, Deputy Minister of Justice, chairman of the National Bureau for Control of Special Intelligence Means. Interior Minister in the two cabinets of Stefan Yanev.

Georgi Gokov, Minister of Labor and Social Policy – Graduated from the Technical University in Gabrovo. He was a municipal councilor and director of the Labor Bureau in Stara Zagora. Member of the BSP in 6 parliaments.

Ivan Ivanov, Minister of Agriculture – Graduated in History at Sofia University and Law at the University of Veliko Tarnovo, Doctor of Historical Sciences at Shumen University. Lawyer by profession. He has been a municipal councilor in his hometown for two terms. BSP MP in several parliaments.

Teodora Genchovska, Minister of Foreign Affairs – She graduated from the Military Academy, has a number of additional qualifications in Germany, Italy, Britain and the United States. Her professional career began at the General Staff of the Bulgarian Army, she was head of the NATO and EU department at the Ministry of Defense.

Alexander Nikolov, Minister of Energy – Born on December 2, 1982. Master of Finance from UNWE. He has lectured on futures, options and investment management. He has additional qualifications aimed at digital transformation of business, and is currently working on a dissertation topic in the same field. He was the executive director of a venture capital fund. Deputy Minister of Energy in the first cabinet of Stefan Yanev and proposed Minister of Energy by “There is such a people” in the summer of 2021.

–Nadezhda Yordanova, Minister of Justice – She is a lawyer with expertise in the field of administrative and commercial law, public procurement and projects funded by the EU and international organizations. Head of the political cabinet of Hristo Ivanov at the time when he was Minister of Justice. He is a co-author of bills of “Democratic Bulgaria”. Member of the DB in three parliaments.

Stefan Yanev, Minister of Defense – Career Military, Brigadier General with a civilian specialty “Electronic Computers” and Military “Earth Artillery”. He graduated from the Military Academy and the Military College of the National Military University in Washington. He was the director of the Defense Policy Directorate at the Ministry of Defense and a military attache in the United States. He briefly headed the National Military University. In 2017, he was Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of War in the Gerdjikov Cabinet, and since May 12 he has been Prime Minister in two successive caretaker governments.

Nikolay Sabev, Minister of Transport – Graduated from the Higher Naval School with a degree in Fleet Operation and Management at the University of National and World Economy with a degree in Transport Economics and Management. He works in the Bulgarian River Shipping Company, after which he enters the private business, as his most famous company is the courier company Econt.

Daniel Lorer, Minister of Growth and Innovation – Graduated in Computer Science and Business Administration in Tel Aviv. For 20 years he has been developing international business, dealing with risky investments and start-ups.

Atanas Atanasov, Minister of Culture – Born in 1990 in Haskovo. He graduated in acting from Whitman College in the United States. He was second in the list of PP in Haskovo after Asen Vassilev. According to the website of “We continue the change”, at the age of 14 Atanasov is the national team tennis champion in doubles of Bulgaria together with Grigor Dimitrov. In 2016 he restored the community center in the May Day village of Tatarevo.
