The Moscow Arbitration Court banned the subsidiary Samsung sold 61 models of mobile phones in Russia due to patent dispute regarding use of the service Samsung P in Russia.
The list of HP that cannot be sold is Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, Galaxy Fold, Galaxy Z Fold 2, Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 , Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, dan Galaxy S20 FE, Samsung Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20 , Galaxy S20 Ultra, Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S10 , Galaxy S10 Lite, Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9 , Galaxy S8 dan beberapa model lainnya.

Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Squin SA, Swiss company sued Samsung Electronics Rus Company for exclusive patent protection for prohibiting the operation of payment services Samsung Pay.
Samsung Pay is accused of infringing on a patent from Sqwin Sa, which is engaged in the mobile payments business. Samsung Pay itself was introduced in 2015 and entered Russia a year later, 2016.
The decision can be appealed one month after the adoption date. Samsung has appealed the decision and has not been legally barred from stopping the sale of its phones.
